Let the Screams Begin!
Sterling, NY September 10, 2009 – The woods of Sterling, NY will again fill with cries of terror as Screamers’ Hollow, NY’s ultimate haunted attraction, opens its gates for the 2009 season. The ever frightful attraction, now going into it second season, will run Fridays and Saturdays, September 25th through October 30th and Sundays, October 11th, 18th and 25th.
Screamers’ Hollow offers a full-range of freaky and terrifying entertainment. Live performances include, Scales of the Damned, an interactive stage show that features a Mephistopheles type demon sent to lure unsuspecting souls and damn them to an eternity of suffering; and the Execution Show, a stage production portraying trials of witches and sinners, and the brutal beheading or hanging of those found guilty.
Other frighteningly new performances include; the Ghost Story Fire Pit, where haunting tales are told fireside by an ominous and mysterious mystic; and the Nest of Vampires, fearsome yet fearful, these animal-like creatures scurry like rodents through the woods, preying on the weak and vulnerable.
Those who dare enter the gates of Screamers’ Hollow will encounter ghoulish zombies, witches and ghosts, and other freakishly disturbing characters as they roam the dark wooded paths looking for their next victim.
Further forms of forbidding entertainment include, Nightmares Alive, an all new haunted hayride; Terror on the Boggs, a thrilling and chilling outdoor haunted trail, Slaughterhouse Asylum, a mind-bending outdoor maze; Hell’s Gate, a live rock and roll freight fest; and much more! Screamers’ Hollow, presented by Empire Attractions, LLC, is located at the Sterling Festival Grounds in Sterling, NY, just 45 minutes north of Syracuse, NY, near Oswego, and one hour east of Rochester.
